apart from what his detractors had been saying regarding his health- his almost daily campaign routine are- attend to his constituents needs early in the morning, then house to house till noon, a short nap after lunch, then taking care of the city in the afternoon, then a twin rally  between District I and II in the evening where, a temperate speech, a dedicated song and jolly dance number are never missed! Statement of Paranaque City Mayor JUN BERNABE:

Alam na kasi ng mga kalaban natin na matatalo na sila kaya sa kanilang DESPERASYON ay kung ano-anong" black propaganda" ang ipinakakalat laban sa akin. Ni minsan ay hindi po ako hinimatay o nanghina man lang gaya ng inilalabas nila sa pahayagan. Di tulad ng aking mga katunggali na madalas lumiban sa kampanya.

Ako po, kasama ang TEAM BERNABE sa initan o sa madaling araw man patuloy ang aming pag-ikot. Nakikita po iyan ng mga taga-Paranaque na matatalino at di basta maniniwala sa ganitong paninira. Although I reject this kind of politicking, in a way IT SHOWS THEIR DESPERATION that after failing miserably in their corruption allegation, here they want to misled people about my health.

Di uubra kay ERAP yan! Under an Erap presidency, the recent Basilan siege carried out by the Abu Sayyaf Group will never happen, nor will the Maguindanao massacre. While other candidates ponder on how to deal with this, Erap has accomplished this already in Mindanao by promoting peace if possible but also by carrying decisive action if necessary thus paving the way for a peace and orderly Mindanao which was then followed by growth and progress.
